Digital photography permissions
Economic Development Australia (EDA) informs our members and the public about our programs through a range of promotional and informational material.
These materials often use images of people. By registering for NEDC24, you consent to EDA using and publishing photographic images and audiovisual recordings (the Material) which you may appear for informational and promotional purposes without remuneration and release EDA from any infringement of any personal or property rights arising from use of the Material by the department or third parties. This may include your name being published with the photographic image.
