We are thrilled to announce leading international economic development specialist, Juan Pablo Alcanter will be joining us in person from Mexico City as one of the Keynote Speakers!
Juan’s presentation: Economic Development and Talent Attraction: Actionable strategies for cities and rural communities will provide take home workforce development actions for Australian economic development professionals.
Juan Pablo Alcantar is a Certified Economic Development Professional (CEcD) with experience in both the public and private sectors and is a member of the Board of Directors at the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in Washington D.C.
He is an economic development consultant for International Development Organisations, working on projects across the globe including directly managing business and economic development projects in different countries; planning and managing economic diversification.
Juan will be joined in Karratha by Minister for Resources and Minister for Northern Australia the Honourable Madeleine King as well as Minister Assisting the Minister for State and Industry Development the Honourable Stephen Dawson and Town Team Movement’s Patrycja Rosinska.
